Huawei PDCH establishment success rate is low

Hi all,

I am having issue on PDCH establishment success rate low for one cell. Where it is seen that this cell is having CS and ps traffic trend and PDCH config as follows:

Please advise on what is the exact issue here and whats the direction of optimization should i heading for on this case? Thank you.

Must be congestion in cell at that time. Suggest to increase Static TS in cells.

There were only one type of congestion founded for this cell,Kindly please find the TCH congestion as follows:

However, it is seen that the cell 3 which is the issue cell which having PDCH success rate low issue doesnt show the congestion trending match with the success rate. Please advise further on what are the possible issue? thank you

How many TRX configured per cell , it seem you have some kind of TRX hardware
problem, tell the bss to make reset for you with level 4 (reload all configuration) then see if it gone or not.

It is due to congestion, Voice call is always priority, it takes all resources from PS. Check out the TBF congestion "downlink TBF congestion rate"

This the reason for the moment it seems also you have congestion for CS so PS also
have problem try to activate Half rate and add fixed PDCH.

After clarification of this, you will see what to do next. If its NO.CHAN.RES - add 1 more PDCHTS, etc.
Also check overload in CCCH.

Kindly check the MAX PDCH Rate for the cell, if it is configured to 7 / 10, you can increase it to 25/30 and than check.
Kindly note that increasing the Value on Concentric cells, returns increase in DCR.
