WCDMA coverage

can i increase our WCDMA network coverage without TMA and power booser?
Our network have no power congetion. In this case can i increase common pilot channel power?

yes. you can increase pilot power to increase DL coverage. but it is not guarantee that performance is ok since you need to check the UL/DL balance. increasing pilot power also reduce Ec/Io and power to traffic channels, specially to data service.
