Mtech Project in RF Optimization

Hi All,
I am doing Mtech in Communication systems(Part time).
I have exp in Drive and KPI optimization.
I have access to many post processing tools and KPI reports.

I am interested to do project in RF optimization for Mtech.
Please someone guide me how we can convert any of the tasks which we are doing regular as Projects.
Please suggest in UMTS.
Exp:
1.I want to try with comparison of Handover with based on different parameters
2.Voice quality(MOS) with different algorithms

As I am new member please give Reputation as well
Its very urgent
Excepting may ideas and Reputations.
