Hi experts can anyone highlight why there is severe number of sdcch_abis_fail_call and how can we reduce them?????

Hi Usama,
Actually in NSN SDCCH_ABIS_Fail_Call contains T3101 expiries as well (It's a bug but it is so :) )So the counter SDCCH_ABIS_Fail_Call has some expiries when even no SDCCH was assigned (T3101).That's why we always minus T3101 from SDCCH ABIS FAIL CALL in SDCCH Drops formula.

Secondly there are some DX cause codes which are repeated for this counter that's why you always see an improvement in SDCCH drops when you swap to other vendors from NSN.

Some DX causes in SDCCH_ABIS_FAIL_CALL (Except T3101 & Repeated DX causes) are due to ABIS media slips & errors, The more reliable TXN you have the lesser SDCCH_ABIS_FAIL_CALL you have.

Hey please do aone trial move SDCCH positions.

Like move to other TRXs use unused radios and use even odd ts combination for sd definition.

And then check any improvement.
