3G to 2G CS HO : relocation preparation failure due to Semantic error

Hi Guyz,

I have such issue : High rate of relocation preparation failure in inter system HO from 3G to 2G, in CS

I see "semantic error" in the probes. Do you have any idea? 3GPP does not say much.

Hi,
if you made any changes in your network this problem can occur [ "protocol = 98 (semantic-error)" ] because bad neighbors definition ie. LAC or/and CI aren't correct. If you did any changes in your network check it in "RelocationRequired" information.
