Everage Through put per RAB

In Actix We can show the distributed per RAB as picture bellow
But I want to get the Everage throughput value per RAB, so anybody know how to get it please let me know

Hi! Usually best performance is achieved using RAB named EUL-HS. This is most commonly used RAB in UTRAN. But here you can have all variety of
throughput e.g. from 0 to 21.6 Mbps in DL or 0..5.7 in UL, so here nothing to compare with. If you are talking about R'99 in UL or DL it is easy to compare RABs
using different SF (4,8 and etc.).
