but this thing is pretty much similar to MR data incorporated by every vendor....with MR data u can get footprint of the cell-DL and UL quality-level samples and even somewhat judge sector swap cases with this thing now I think each MR would have an IMSI.....and they have trace information too but still Drive test teams.....i think drive test are required to verify sector swaps and plus amangement wants to see this Quality and Level thing on MapInfo its graphically more presenting.....
