Dears,
I have several questions about WCDMA network location are code.
Now our current WCDMA network have one LAC. If one LAC traffic exceed certain threshold LAC performance will down(Paging success rate). How to calulcate normal traffic of one LAC?
If i divide our network two LAC, which parameter i need to change on LAC border?
