regarding W-planning 1.4.47 please ask the author modify UARFCN when import wcdma cell file, they are fixed with 3 values and one for other. could you ask him make those value editable. if possible please add the cell radius is an option parameters (this could be an convenience way to distinguish layers of a sites which have GSM900, DCS1900, UMTS and maybe LTE)

Cell radius is already mentioned as length in the database.

I have already asked him about changing the fixed UARFCNs.

One thing you can play around is to use these UARFCNs (10663, 10688, 10713) in the database to distinguish the WCDMA carriers !!

Note: It doesn't support LTE but GSM has different Sitedata.
