Hi,
how is going every one...?

I seen that in normal cell RLT value is 32 or 34.
But in AMR cell RLT value is more than 50 or 54.
This is for HUAWEI..

Why?

Are these default parameter values stated in your help file?What is the explanation?

Are they applicable for suburbs or rural or less dense population since these values are applicable.

Is your call drop rate is passing?

Thanks Kevin

"With a good anti-interference capability, AMR codes can support a lower carrier-to-interference ratio than non-AMR codes in a same FER. When the AMR is enabled, the voice quality improves. In this case, the value of this parameter can be a little larger than that of "Radio Link Timeout"."
Defualt Value: AFR Radio Link Timeout = 64_Times & AHR Radio Link Timeout = 52_Times .

Default Value of Radio Link Timeout is 52_Times..........actually to add I have never seen Default values as high as this in any of the vendors for example Default values for all RLTs is 20 Blocks (20_Times) in NSN but then again a question as in HEDEX Huawei Documentation RLT AMR FR (64 Times) > RLT (52_Times) >= RLT AMR HR (52_Times) but most other vendors follow the strategy RLT AMR FR >= RLT AMR HR > RLT why??

It really helpful for me to understand AMR concept...

But I dont know why so this for huawei sys...

Also i need to know that for HUAWEI which parameter are used for AMRFR/HR conversion or for threshold ...
