Experts need some help....most the KPIs of VSAT sits are going above 100% especially CSSR and HSR.....need to tell the customer some specific answer for this behaviour kindly provide help on priority......Vendors are NSN and ********.......

the situation is like this in ********. CM_Serv_Req_Call and Page_Response goes to zero on multiple intervals with Total_Calls being pegged resulting in CSSR to become greater than 100%. (No request being made from subscriber but call setup indication is sent to the BSC resulting in Numerator in the formula to become greater than Denominator).

check the delay on the VSAT link during the time interval you are facing the degradation.
