Perl Scripts for Retrieving CF&DAC Measurements drom Nokia 2g(Schema 5.1)

Dear Friends.
i have problem with fetching data from Nokia 2g OSS(OSS 5.3).
about importing Xml format of configuration data,when i import i encounter with a lot of error
in various elemnts of Xml file!!!
so i deside to import configuration(Dump) file with Sql tables including C_BSC,C_BCF,C_BTS,C_TRX,etc.
i donot have Perl script provided by Schema 5.1.
i need these Perl scripts for retrieving following items:
1-Retrieving configuration(Dump) file(NokiaNetConfig.pl)
2-Retrieving Mobile Measurements(CF&DAC) Results(NokiaMS.pl)
3-The Traffic File(traffic.sql)
4-Retrieving Handover Statistics(ho_adj.sql)
