Hi All,
System Information Blocks
Utran transmits the parameters of the database and system information to the UE.
The system information elements with the same caracteristics are grouped by the RNC in System Information Block (SIB).
18 different System Information Blocks are defined the Spec 25.331.
Only 6 are broadcasted at the present moment.
