Data R99 Traffic decrease

Hi All,

I have a problem : decrease of data R99 traffic (see attachedpicture).

The configuration of site is :

UMTS 2100

Nokia Flexi BTS Release 2.

Radio module : FRGF + FRGF
System module : FSMD + FSME => 1008 CE.

3 sectors => U0 : 3 carrier F0 (R99), F1 (R99 + HSDPA), F2 (R99 + HSPA) => Dual cell on F1+F2.
U1 : 3 carrier F0 (R99), F1 (R99 + HSDPA), F2 (R99 + HSPA) => Dual cell on F1+F2.
U2 : 3 carrier F0 (R99), F1 (R99 + HSDPA), F2 (R99 + HSPA) => Dual cell on F1+F2.

Could you please help me to resolve this problem.
