Channel Codding

I read a lot about it but I could not figure out that , how it works (channel codding)

Is that separate that channel data belongs to same user ...

For example UE send data to the PCCH (Paging control channel which transfers paging information) and Nod B (logical layer) separete data for PCCH channel with using Channelization codes ,
And after same UE send data to the CCCH (Common control channel that transfers control information)
and Nod B (logical layer) separete data for CCCH channel with using Channelization codes.

And that channels is belongs to logical control channels(layer 2) ...Is that channels belongs to NodB ?

And that scrambling codes does not affect bandwith and it used before modulation?

For example on cell and it has a scrambling code 333 ? So how that 333? used and multiplied with spreaded data?
