Hi,
Can we enable AT command functionality on commercial UE (like T-mobile E-398, Pantech UML 290) which uses Qualcomm chip (MDM 9200). As per my understanding, Qualcomm disable AT command functionality of commercial UE.
IF some one can provide any information will be very helpful. If this can be done, please also let me know interface (like hyperterminal, tera-term) to execute these commands.
