I am looking for documentation on BSC e3 and TCU e3 or can I find this?

The commissioning doc for v15 and v16 is enclosed. Many of the cards are shared with the Avaya SPM (now, of course used to be Nortel). If you are looking for information for the specific cards you may consider searching the web for the PEC code and looking into the Avaya documentation for info on the hardware. The BSS and SPM software loads are the difference. Hope this helps.31282
