UMTS active set cells

Dear Expert,

All my know, UE is using information all active set cells (DEDICATED MOD) but what is the rule during this time (UE is taking information frame by frame or other)

Is there any parameter to change?

Have you any idea?

NO, same information is transmitted and received for all active radio links. I dont think we can change it so as to limit % of info from any particular radiolink.

Which one is the serving cell in the active set? Is it always the first one in active set?

First cell is the best cell in Active Set, and it has been chosen via Event1d
