Weird.. Is it possible?

Hi all,
For some days i was using wireshark to sniff the packets for experimentation purposes in my laptop. My doubt is, Is it possible to sniff the packets that is being sent from mobile which uses LTE (since LTE is packet switched network). If not, what is wrong with my proposal?

Which mobile?
If it is your mobile that you are using as a modem, then yes, you can capture your own traffic.
Otherwise, no.
At least, not like this.
