What commnad in Huawei M2000 to check Number of SF in cell ,how to check CQI in M2000

1) I wanna know how to check or command M2000 to check Number of SF in each cell (HSUPA,HSDPA) for calculate throughput that should to be,
2) can check CQI in each nodeB on M2000 or not
