Page discards in WCDMA

Hi Experts,

In GSM we have counters available to find exactly how many pages are discarded on cell Level. How we can find it in WCDMA.

RAN/CORE is E*******. We have degradation in paging success rate, we want to confirm if it is due to few cells only(high spikes of traffic). How we can find it.
