Looks like its cheating, his post the same useless doc on this thread
http://www.finetopix.com/showthread.php?30019-Knowledge-management
It contains 4 scanned page of N-Untis maps (Percent of Time gradient in N-Untis based in ITU-R rec.) from Pathloss 4.0 doc (from 58 page. to 61 page.).
I useless, as for me, because you can easy find it in ITU-R recommendations...

Dear All

its not useless its the dN/dH table which helps you in the dn/dh of tool. i had tried to load more data in to it but it was out of capacity range. plus no body is paying me for this so its a favour so do not try to be over smart. it would not work.

First of all, please write short details about your doc.
If size of doc is too big, you can upload it into 4shared or other fileserver and post link here. And dont duplicate the same post please.

The Refractivity gradient statistics you can find in ITU-R Recommendation P.453-10 - "The radio refractive index: its formula and refractivity data"

yes Alexsss i know its very simple to coat a recommendation, import is how to extract the information out of it. so please can you tell me how you can fil dN/dH table for you tool against height & K

As I say you can easy find it in ITU-R P.453-10 Recommendation : http://www.itu.int/dms_pubrec/itu-r/rec/p/R-REC-P.453-10-201202-I!!PDF-E.pdf
, and this tables are exist in Datafiles like DNDZ_xx.TXT and this data build in PL models of most popular sw for coverage prediction

how can you fill ur dn/dh table for your tool ?

If you need know DN on some location, you can use this link: http://www.rcru.rl.ac.uk/njt/linkdatabase/linkdatabase.php?src=calc

The data files can be obtained from the ITU-R.
The data files DNDZ_xx.TXT have a resolution of 1.5° in both latitude and longitude. The
companion data files DNDZLAT.TXT and DNDZLON.TXT contain respectively, the latitudes and
longitudes of the corresponding entries (gridpoints) in data files DNDZ_xx.TXT.
The data range from 0° to 360° in longitude and from +90° to –90° in latitude. For a location
different from the gridpoints, the refractivity gradient at the desired location can be derived by
performing a bi-linear interpolation on the values at the four closest gridpoints.

Alex its only one value per worst month etc, as i said it changes with height i want values as the height changes. dN/dH h is height

I think you can use related map:
WRPM makes use of 14 digital maps to obtain global meteorological parameters. 6 of these are pre-existing maps obtainable from the ITU-R SG3 Website and 8 are new maps developed as part of the WRPM work. All the maps are given as ASCII files. The data is represented as gridded latitude/longitude values in the “standard” ITU-R format. However, there is some variation in the grid spacing of the files, so rather than provide multiple latitude/longitude files, the table below defines the data format.

The parametersNd1km50 and Nd1kmp give the change in refractivity, in N-units, from the surface to1 km above the surface of the Earth, not exceeded for 50% and p% of an average year respectively.
Nd1km50 and Nd1kmp are available from files “DN_Median.txt”, “DN_SubSlope.txt” and “DN_SupSlope.txt”.
