OFDMA has emerged as a promising physical layer technology for LTE wireless networks. OFDM solves the problem of co-channel interference in intra-cell to some extent because of the orthogonality of subcarriers, along with the character of guard interval and cyclic prefix. However, inter-cell interference still exists, especially the cell edge users suffer from interferences seriously, which leads to destroy the signal modulation of receiver. Therefore, how to improve cell edge performance to provide better QoS support has become a pressing issue. This paper focuses on inter-cell coordination, which is one of interference mitigation techniques. In other word, it gives priority to cell edge performance under the restriction of maximizing system capacity, and explores a balance between each other. Base on the perspective of radio resource management, this paper analyses coordination in terms of power control and subcarrier allocation. This paper establishes system-level simulation platform to investigate the power control scheme of soft frequency reuse and subcarrier allocation scheme. This paper proposes an optimization scheme of integrating coordination technique with MIMO beamforming. This scheme takes into consideration influence of multiple-input multiple-output gain on frequency spectrum effectiveness. Computer simulation results prove that performance of cell edge user is improved. Moreover, on the basis of channel state information of base station from mobile terminal, if capacity simulations experiment of MIMO channel introduction the application of channel state information, which prove there will be better performance.
