The equipped capacity of my BSC(e*******) is 1550 TRX/ 7K Erlangs.
The present loading of E******* BSC is 1382 TRXs and about 6K Erlangs during Peak Hrs which is well under the equipped capacity.
Also, 4 TMs and 58 E1s i.e, more than 9000 devices are configured as A-links.
In spite of such many resources, the utilisation is still showing more than 100% in TM report.
Kindly help me in analysing whay it' showing 100% utilisation.
