Increased demand on capacity requires greater control of networks and the ability to measure the quality of subscribers' mobile video experience. Operators need to monitor data rates, resolution and stalling in order to ensure service quality and consistency, reduce churn, and plan tiered services for different subscriber profiles. A 4G network does not mean that there will be no strain on capacity. 'Smart capacity' solutions are required in conjunction with data offload, RAN-sharing and backhaul upgrades. This seems to be a very interesting issue, taking in consideration that video is a big slice of the total volume of data, it´s important to know the QoE associated to this, any ideas on taking actions and building some reports /tests camped on LTE?
