I think you should read some docs as below (you can find out many good docs in our forum):

-Wimax technology: basic principles.

-Wimax RF planning guides

-Wimax planning practical docs (many Wimax planning docs by Atoll in the forum)

-Do it many times in Atoll :D

Dear Arian,

First of all you need to do link budget by appropriate tool. (you need to get basic requirement from customer)
Second, you need to establish one new project in Atoll.
The first element for this is inserting maps (including height and clutter).
Insert the network and equipment parameters and create sites, transmitter and cells.
Finally do the prediction, it will give you the idea.
