:confused:Does anyone know the reason or why I should start to check if DC-HSDPA has been activated with pretty good CQI but throughput below 21 Mbps?

how many carrier do you have? if you have two how many % in both carrier you have set, remember R99 has priority compare to HSPA users.

The Huawei recomendation is to use DC is with 3 carrier.
\the first one is more traffic R99 compar to HS. in carriers 2 and 3 more HS so in this one do use de DC.

In case of 3 carriers and the 1st carrier is for CS/R99 then 2nd/3rd for DC-HSPDA and HSPA only.

In some situation we can easily reach 34-36 Mbps but lower than 21 Mbps can be seen even in labtest environment
