Does anyone here can share what is different job description between PLO and RNO

PLO : Pre Launch Optimization
RNO : Radio Network Optimization
For me it's the same thing, just names are differents, it's depending of country or operator.

for me, same optimization but both different specs of work..Pre lauch optimization ( without traffic and no oss kpi's related ) - Make an initial tuning base on the drivetest itself
while Radio Network optimization ( live traffic is there and need to analyze in the KPI's in OSS/drivetest )

In summary,
-> PLO = light version ( RNO), (study prediction)
-> PLO is upstream with regard to RNO (measures, survey, QoS via NPO)
