Dear Gents ;

Does anyone have a description for the Measurment related to Algorithm counters, when these counters peg,...?
ex. VS.RAC.DCCC.FAIL.ULCE.CONG

Please share any documents releated to such counters as I didn't find them in Hedix

I think every vendor has it and enough complete

No .. the counters for each vendors are different and not the same...!

Here is my understanding of the counter-
"VS.RAC.DCCC.Fail.ULCE.Cong-Number of UL CE Resource Applying Failures in DCCC Procedures for Cell". In DCCC procedures, RNC upgrades/downgrades rates of BE services depending upon various factors. RNC checks the resources itself for any upgrade request, and if resources are in state of congestion the counter is pegged. Regards, jack.
