Is there anyone who can solve this issue? Is this due to CE capacity? Coz this happens in nodeB which CE is already 3 EBBI (1152 CE)..:( It's already IP Iub too..

What kind of sypmtoms are you facing ? what about throughput ? What kind of KPI's could you share with us? IP Bandhwith for NodeB Access ??

Yes, u're right. Actually I've changed parameter. Please see the attachment.

With conclusions :

1. RRC SR increase
2. CSSR CS & PS Increase
3. R99 & HSDPA DR still maintain
4. PSRab Fail due to code cong still exist (still investigate)
5. Sector 3 is due to RNL (need to use 1 RX/TX in connection to WRFU<==> will be scheduled with FOP)

The only congestion is code congestion :)

It's already 2nd carriers. Well, do you have any idea how to set a proper code setting in HSDPA?

Or to decrease the code congestion?

hi,

This is normally showing the system capacity is getting congestion. But to get capacity you need display the related NodeB license and then check speacially the UL CE and DL CE number even you have 3 EBBI you can be limitted by license
