1 question i have 13.1 dongle can i update it to work with 14.1 or 14.2 ??

Your dongle have not required features for TEMS 14.
There is two solutions:
- ask Ascom company for update the dongle for support TEMS 14.
- use emulator

You need to buy the dongle.
you can not find dongle on the net. dongle is hardware and not software.
