that depends what vendor you will use to collect data..

there is a mapping formula which is used to convert PESQ scores to actual MOS values.
if you haven't found a solution until now, i could give it to you.

Here you are:

MOS_Score = 0.999+4/(1+power(2.7182818284,(-1.4945*PESQ_Score+4.6607)))

(you can plug this directly to Excel)
