Nortel 2G KPIs document

I'm looking for some Nortel document, describing 2G KPIs formulas/counter descriptions on Nortel system.

With the advent of E/// and Kapsch splitting Nortel, documents have been much harder to come by as of late. The two that I have included are by no means the latest and greatest(V18 BSS) but the counters and KPI metrics have changed very little. Hope this helps.
