Can you please explain clearly about Link Imbalance ?
According to Qualcomm documents, "Link imbalance is referred to as a condition when the link that controls the UL power control does not belong to the serving HS-DSCH NodeB when in Soft Handover". The important thing is that, I know HSDPA does not support soft handover. So I dont understand clearly about that.
The second question, how does Link Imbalance negatively affect to HSDPA Performance?
