Dears,
I have code congetion of HSDPA. But most of cases used QPSK modulation and few times used 16QAM. how ti improve 16QAM usage? We use Huawei technology RAN12.

Any parameter of modulation?

I don't suggest playing with any parameter (if available, most often it's not tweakable) related to Modulation usage.

Do you have some code optimization license enabled?
Do you allow AMR at lower code rate than 12.2kbps?
