Thanks to share those interesseting tools, but tell me one thing, is there any diffrence to use meter instead of feet unit to calculate downtilt.

You can use whatever unit you have ease with but make sure to perform conversion from meters to feet for your own sake.

Some of them are excel spreadsheets and others are stand-alone apps, No dependencies.
