Is there any tools to calculate HOSR & DCR & CSSR & Intra Cell HOSR......etc from LOGfiles ??

you can use mapinfo by using built in SQL to get the TCHDR, HOSR and CSSR from the TEMS logfiles export

Could you specify wich type of logfiles, I mean in wich format?

The Nemo Analyse is pretty good for analysing and getting these statistics from Log files produced by Nemo and TEMS,

They are Tems LOGs ...i know mapinfo also actix but its need some calculating to find these results .
I tried to find tools more speed with right values more than I do.
