Dear all,
With RAN NSN(RU 30), when upgrade to HSPA + (21,6/5.76), i have one link IP with BW is 22 Mbps. Plz let me know how to config in NodeB & RNC: CAC committed Bit rate, DCN bit rate, Signalling bit rate, Total shaper informaton rate, Committed information rate and IP based route parameter setting as below:
