IRAT problem

hi everyone,

in our network ırat paramaters are(usedfreqthresh2dRscp=-105 and usedfreqthresh2dEcno=-13)..but when analysing drive test ı see rscp and ecno value -115 and -21..but ms doesnt make IRAT ho..could please explain what is the reason of this situation...how can ı fix it?..

first makesure the irat activation already correct like neighbours, rnc activation etc,
Also those parameters are for compressed mode, you need to see also the event 3a threshold and target rat rxlevel., if this 2 parameters doesnt fullfill so there will be no irat ho.

This threshold also have different parameter name for each service (CS,PS,HS)

First you should check Cell parameters like Hotype, relations , maybe decrease the timetotrigger3a. please check this parameters. Ankaraya selamlar.
