Could you please more specific, which scheduler you are looking for ? 3G or 4G MAC scheduler or something else??

In the context of a multiple access mobile/wireless technology, scheduler is an entity which operates at MAC layer and is primarily responsible for Radio Resource Management function. In Radio access technology a resource may be a combination of chunks of time, frequency, code and space domain units which can enable delivery of data to a UE through the shared medium. Scheduler needs to perform a balancing act in terms of maximizing sector throughput while maintaining some degree of fairness and meeting the individual QoS requirement (such as latency, GBR etc).
