Iphone Ipad developpement tool

Hello Guys,
I am in the developpement of iPhone and iPad tool and I would like to developper a tool of management dedicated to the GSM, UMTS and WIFI.
For it I need to know how to get back the KPIs in Obj-C. If somebody can help me would be cool.
Possibly, if I manage to developper a great tool why not to sell him and to share profits.
I especially need examples of codes.

you need extract the counter for each vendors, and a parser to read the outputs, and then, the KPI formulas can be calculated
