Types of Call Setup Failure.

Hi Expert,
Do you know how many Types of Call Setup Failure( Relative RF).
- Ec/No poor
- RSCP poor
- MO is good, but have problem with MO ( Not receive Paging message).
Do you have some more experience about that ( CS and PS)? Thank you so much.

Hi,

You may have following criteria as well
-EcIo & RSCP is good but high UL noise (RTWP) floor.
-EcIo & RSCP is good but high BLER, could not go beyond FACH.
