Hi,
what are on-field VSWR acceptable values of an antenna system for a TETRA BTS in UHF band ??
In the ******** doc i see that BTS (e.g. MTS2) accept values from 1.0 (perfect adaptation) to 3.0 (above which MTS returns VSWR alarm) but is there a specification or international recomandation for acceptable ranges of a "good" antenna system on-field?
Ciao!

Normally VSWR < 1.5 Return loss=14 dB.

Ciao! zeuscane is right..it should be less than 1.5...and about alarm..it is generally configurable...so you may set it to 2 to get an alarm...cheers!
