TCH Blocking Alerts

Dear Experts,

In E******* 2G system, is there an Alert about TCH Blocking or any alert that cell is congested/overloaded?
if so what is the MML command

i don't know the e*******,but in general there is no such thing..you should check KPIs/counters to find out how much blocking is there...as all network is designed on certain -2% of GoS- that is expected 2% of blocking to make an alarm for this doesn't make sense....so depending on counters/KPIs you will be able to see how much blocking there is and you can calculate required TS as per the outcome..

TCH Blocking Alert - I think you'd create external application (selfmade or buy) based on your KPI. Also you can to do rules/scripts in OSS or use Aircom Optima Reporter/Schedules or collect raw statistic data & process in Excel, etc
