Direct resource allocation HSPA

Can anyone help as I have PS RAB Access Failures due to UE when enabling the resource allocation at RAB setup for HSDPA for 3G NSN?

What is the value used for RABDRAEnabled? you have UE failure in all cells or some predefined cells

The value of the parameter is 3,it is defined for FACH and DCH

actually those failures vary in amount among cells but it is for all

[Moon]

You may need to check the coverage & quality of collocated carrier as the failures might happen when redirecting UE between carriers

I guess this will not be the problem because moving between carriers is done during RRC and this feature works in RAB setup
