how to know the frequency number from wcdma signal for nsn?

it seems like the frequency number might be in the signal "RRC CONNECT SETUP",but i can't find it!

eg. for HSDPA signaling,

first,rrc connect request from 1st carrier(10713),then DRRC to 2nd carrier(10688),how to find the process from signal?

Hi! You may find it in System Information Message (SIB 11) -> interFreqMeasurementSysInfo if you have neighbor relation with this cell or
in Rrc Radio Bearer Setup -> dl-SecondaryCellInfoFDD in case you have Multi Carrier activated.
