Mapping of operators frequencies and sites

Does anyone have a mapping of how many sites and frequencies (GSM and UMTS) operators have.
I'm especially interested in operators in Latin America.

for example: Telcel Maxico: 30,000 GSM(900 and 1800 MHz sites), 30,000 UMTS(850 and 2100 MHz sites )
