OL/UL traffic sharing

Dear Experts,

Kindly, I need your support to share traffic between OL and UL in E/// cells, as in the beginning all the traffic was on the UL so we have modified some dual band parameters then all the traffic shifted to OL!!!! Now can somebody help me on what parameters should I change and what is the values so we can share traffic equally, or if you have any optimized template to apply it on our cells.

change LOL and DTCB these are mainly responsible for traffic sharing between OL/UL also Intracell HO should be active in cells

Put LOL to 120 for example and see it's impact. There is calculation for LOL based on locating reference point if you need more detail add reputation pz
