Recommended values of MaxPCPICHPower & MinPCPICHPower (Huawei)

Hello Experts,

Why we have to specify the MaxPCPICHPower & MinPCPICHPower when defining the PCPICH power of a cell? vendor is Huawei.
What are the recommended values for MaxPCPICHPower & MinPCPICHPower ?

the MaxPCPICHPower & MinPCPICHPower are used when the LDB (some calls it cells breathing) function is active, and they define the lowest and highest values for the pcpich, but if you don't have LDB then this parameters will have no effect and you only need to set MaxPCPICHPower higher than pcpich power and MinPCPICHPower lower than pcpich power.

Just to add in detail, when capacity of a cell is higher than a relative threshold(CellOverrunThd, usually 90%), the cell decreases the CPICH power by a value(PCPICHPowerPace, default 0.2 dB) and the same goes otherwise using CellUnderrunThd(default 30%).
