LTE S1, X2 Interface dimensioning tool or spreadsheet

Hi friend

I work in the LTE Project Engineering....., i need a tool or spreadsheet for calculating the dimensioning the interface S1 and X2, for Real Time bandwitdth traffic and Not Real Time traffic.
I read that the model used for calculating the rate is for Real Time Traffic is M/D/1 formula and Not Real Time is M/G/R-PS.
Any have a tool or spreadsheet for share..

This will be very difficult to get,, although we are still hoping someone will share,, even basic parameters of S1,X1 interface for both User and Control Plane will do...
